+ Web Designer / 10th June 2019

Due to the continued expansion of the business, WDA is looking for a Front End Web Designer to join our team and work across a diverse range of exciting projects. The role involves supporting the graphic design and Digital Marketing team in the production of Websites and digital content, specifically:
Front end website design

  • UI/UX design
  • CMS management
  • Interactive content pieces
  • HTML email marketing campaigns
  • Occasional other (non web) design work

The role would suit a front-end designer looking to progress their career to an agency where they will be given more input and opportunity to flex their creative muscle!

Candidates are required to have the following:

  • 2 Years minimum agency (or freelance) experience.
  • A strong, varied portfolio with plenty of digital based content.
  • Fluent with Adobe software especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to take briefs directly from clients and communicate as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • A desire to solve problems with ingenious design solutions.
  • An understanding of what makes online cultures tick.

Desirable skills include:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce design and what makes websites convert.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS / WordPress
  • Experience with HTML email design.
  • An understanding of SEO and CRO.

+ PPC Executive / 11th June 2019

This is an excellent opportunity for a PPC Executive to join our busy studio to help drive marketing support for one of our clients, an exciting international automotive lifestyle brand. The ideal person will come from an agency background and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant role. The role requires someone who is capable of managing their own time and priorities, responding to client requests at short notice and carrying out their own research and continuous development.

If successful you will get to work on a wide range of campaigns, covering the full spectrum from standard search ads to dynamic remarketing and social display advertising. You will enjoy a large degree of autonomy and have the opportunity to contribute and implement ideas to really help drive the business forward.

You will be expected to enjoy yourself too! Working within our sector has presented some interesting employee perks over the years – from Go-kart racing, bike and car test days, Supercar hire experiences, trips to the Auto shows in Italy and Germany and F1 hospitality; we were even guests on a first class trip to the world’s largest helmet factory in China!

Essential Skills

  • Google AdWords Accreditation.
  • Ability to set up and manage PPC campaigns, including Shopping, Display and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of remarketing.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Google Analytics.
  • A fine attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • 2 years’ experience in an online marketing role.
  • A strong understanding of all aspects of online marketing.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Well organised and self-motivated.


  • Experience with a range of digital advertising platforms other than Google AdWords.
  • Bing Ads accreditation.
  • Experience with AdWords scripts.
  • A recognised qualification in marketing or relevant subject.
  • A good understanding of conversion rate optimisation.
  • Working knowledge of Social Media in a business environment.
  • A good understanding or a personal interest in the Automotive Industry, outdoor lifestyle and pet sectors.
